Our entry-level paid support service is designed for Quick Fixes. A QuickFix is when you are stuck and just need to get some quick help and don't know where to go for it. Not sure where all the cables go?  Can't figure out why the device stopped working? We will walk you through a series of basic troubleshooting steps to see if we can get you back on task.
 
Desktop Chat
This paid service includes chat with optional desktop sharing.  Similar to telephone support, we will walk you through solving the problem, but Desktop Chat is designed for more of the hard to understand computer software problems where you need to "show" us the problem.
 
Remote Assistance
This is our flagship service where we take over the control of your computer remotely over the Internet to fix problems that you don't understand.  With this service we can remove virus and other malware from your computer, optimize performance and do many of the things that we do desk side or in our shop, but at a lower cost.
