FixMyPC99 has low hourly
support rate of $18 for on-site, remote desktop
assistance, telephone
and text chat support for your home or business
computer and network
IT (Information Technology) needs.
FixMyPC99 also offers a money saving day rate of $99
for time intensive projects and support needs.
However, our low cost does not mean that you get low
quality or off-shore support. Our
technicians have a minimum of 25 years of IT
experience and live right here in North
Georgia. We never off-shore your support
like other lower cost online support service
companies.
FixMyPC99 provides support in 26 north Georgia
Counties. We charge an On-Site fee to
cover the actual trip costs of our technicians
traveling to and from your home or business.
While the On-Site fee can total more than the
hourly rate for small jobs in the southern
Atlanta metropolitan area, FixMyPC99 is often
"total cost" competitive to service companies
that charge $50, $60, $70 or more per hour for
on-site support.
